Tuesday chews...

A few things to mention today...

1. I am going to buy a house. My first house! I am terrified, scared and I am just trying to relax and take things easy. It isn't too easy to buy a house (first house) these days, so we will see... Ugh.
2. The Stupid 9 Months Vaccs is STILL OUT OF STOCK in ALL 13 places in East London... I am so over it. I have to wait another month!!!! Which will make him 10.5 months!!!!!
3. It is soooo hot and my lovely Son has decided that it is cool to sleep in a nappy ONLY AND LOOSEN IT AND WEE EVERYWHERE............ NOT cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4. I am off to Johannesburg tomorrow for work. I arrive at 7am - straight to the venue where the conference is and where I stay over. Conference until 6pm, dinner at 7 until 2am most prob... Then conference from 7am the next morning until 5pm and I fly at 6pm. Sjoe, going to be HECTIC!!!!
5. My childs Eye teeth are coming out. He has 4 on top and the 2 next to the front ones have only been out a week so they are tiny. Now it is swollen next to them and the eye ones are coming out! WTF.... BUT, i am glad, cause it will all be over QUICKLY!!!

Now, i have to share... it has been a week now, so I can be safe from Jinxes and say...

J now sleeps until 00.00 and has 125ml formula WITH 6 teaspoons of Caramel Purity Cereal. It is as thick as condensed milk and I cut one of the teats open. He has that at 12 and then sleeps till 6. So after 9.5 months of waking 5 times a night... we are finally making progress. Fine it isn't the "right" way, but is there a right way??!?!

Then last but not least. There is a certain person pissing me off. She always EXPECTS a response on posts or Threads or Blogs, but she has NOT COMMENTED ON A POST OR THREAD OR BLOGPOST of mine in over 3 months... WTF is your problem dude. I don't expect you to comment, but don't go around saying that people don't "care" about you if you don't do it in return. Whatever, I'm going to0 give you my Primary school "Chick band" saying.... I'm cool, you drool! lololol.

I have always heard that you will love every stage of your child's development as they reach it, but SERIOUSLY, i LOVE 9 MONTHS!!!!

They crawl all over the show, Cruise by holding onto furniture and pull up on anything!!! If you legs are in the way, up he goes, if the car tire is there, up he goes, doesn't matter. He even does it to my mothers dog....

I really love this age!!! he also "talks" to me and screams at the dogs!!!

What do I LOVE about right now?

1. I can be on the other side of the house and call him and he comes!

2. I can say TA and he takes and gives

3. I can talk to him and he "replies" with a ugh or ahhh

4. He keeps himself entertained for a very long time

5. I can cook and he will re-arrange my cupboards

6. He smiles when you tell him to smile

7. He eats like a machine!!!!

8. HE SLEEP FROM 6:30- 12 and 12:05 to 6:15!!! WHOOP WHOOP!!!!!

9. He does this nose curl thing. When he smiles he crunches up his nose, it it to die for!

10. He sticks his tongue out for everything!

11. He waves hallo and bye bye.

12. He opens his hands when he is calling you and twists it like riding a motorbike!

13. He sits on his knees and plays, no his bum. It is sooo cute man! I'll get a pic!

And last but not least...

When i call him or pick him up from school, he gets sooo excited that he run-crawls to me and hyperventilates!!!! He breaths like crazy and speeds to me! It melts my heart!

Guess what Im getting...

Our new LIFE Hospital opened 2KM from my house 2 months ago! One of my Moms friends is the Night matron and basically in charge of everything that happens there. She told my brother to go take pics of her and her staff and everything. (I'm going tomorrow night)

So he went to the NICU and saw the 300g babies and all the other babies and rooms and stuff. Soo.... They have 20 private Maternity rooms, and then they have MY ROOM... They have a VIP room. Only 1. And get this.... ONLY R700 per night extra!!!!!!!!!!!! it has a on Suite with Mahogany EVERYTHING and a KING SIZE BED and pedestals and ALLES!!!! Even a under bar and Kettle and crockery and the WORKS!!!!!! It is stunning!!!!! So your DH stays and sleeps with you and then they let baby sleep in a Mahogany sleigh cot next to your bed!!!

I told DH he can make me pregnant now!!! He reckons, once I gave birth and we sleep in that room, he will make me pregnant right there and then! lol @ men!

Our new Hospital 2KM from my house opened 2 months ago. One of my friends' moms

Kinda weird...

So Maybe I am feeling sorry for myself, but I'm also feel shit.

It is about my best friend from School. Looooong story, but we were inseparable at school and went to vasity together and even stayed together. I moved back to our home town after saying good bye and finishing my studies Over seas. So, she moved to a small small small town in the Freestate. She comes down every 3 months or so to visit her parents.

I went onto Facebook (she hasn't logged in in 2 years) and her SIL, my friend posted Pics of their holiday. Then I saw my friend and baba were here!!!!!!!!!!!! There are pics of them going out and having fun and A LOT of them so she must of been here atleast 3 days...

Now, I sound like a spoilt brat and her WHOLE family was together for the first time in a LOOOONG time, so I get that she was VERY busy, but not even a word! I didn't even know she was here!

I spoke to her on new years and 2 weeks later... I'm so peed off. Not at her, just at the fact that I didn't see her. Boo Hoo... I'm so lonely in this freaking town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, it is Monday weigh in day.....

last Week Wednesday a friend of mine was down from Nigeria and we went for a drink. I wanted to have a coke light or something and ended up having a glass of wine, a Strawberry Daiquiri and a cosmo! Oops...

Anyway, rest of the week 100% on my diet and all went well. I haven't started exercising yet as I want to loose all the weight and then firm up as the muscle you build in serious exercise weighs much more than fat and I want to reach my goal first!

so, the news...?

Down 1.8KG!!! Yippee!!!!! So I am now on 62KG and I have 4 to go! I am so close and loving it! Standing on that scale in front of those women is amazing and SOOOOOOOO Motivating!

I can actually do this you know!

Now to my question, what is your cheat!?!? I will NOT cheat, but if you want to treat yourself to something you aren't "allowed" to have, what is it?

Mine = NOT chocolate, NOT sweet things, but CHIPS! YUM YUM YUM, i would kill for some now! OR.... a nice slice of fresh Home baked bread with Fresh BUTTER, not marg, Butter! YUM!

Goodness gracious me!!!!

It is amazing how many babies are now going to have birthday parties! J was clever enough to BOOK her theme so that nobody can take it. I on the other hand was a poep. Friend M put the most beautiful invite on OPM and it is STUNNING!!!! WOW!!!! Well, same theme as what I wanted, but haven't decided. But I now have another one!!! Will let u know later....

Will be small and intimate as I really don't have friends that stay in town, so will do best as I can.

In other news... Jayden went for his 9 month Vacs, AND THE WHOLE OF EL IS OUT OF STOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE PLACE!!!!!!! I have to wait 3 weeks AT LEAST!!! UUUGGHHH. So he weighed 9.5 and is a little 70cm tall and head of 49. So my big boy has a HUGE head! lol. In proportion, but BIG, compared to his length.

He lost 500g over the weekend with his tummy and vomiting!!! That is soooo much! Wow! Poor kiddo.

Going to P-A this weekend to hand over teh 1 restaurant that we wold.... AT LAST! I am sooo grateful and excited! Now we can go there for weekends without work and stress. Sjoe!

What else... I feel like a terrible friend. Baba J turned 1 on the 15th of Jan and I only mailed his birthday present today... I feel terrible and I need a smack on the side of my head!

Weight Loss Update - Week 1.

As promised...

I am forcing myself to update every week as it will also motivate me to loose more.

I was in quite a difficult situation this weekend. had a birthday party with lotsa drinks and snacks. Me = NO drinks and NO snacks. Me = Proud of Myself. Me = Going to buy myself a Noddy Badge!!!

So, also went to a braai yesterday and you know braai = Lotsa drink and food and stuff. I had salad and a chicken sosatie and Soda water. So all in all, i behaved.

Week 1 - Down 2.4KG.

So I am at 63.8 and very proud of myself! My goal is 58 so I have 5.8KG to go! I managed to loose A LOT of cm too and will get measured next week only,.

I am soooo excited to loose this now! I am going to post my food diary for the week tonight and it REALLY works, so if you wanna loose some weight - watch this space!
